What You'll Be Doing:

Team up with your crew lead to complete foundation repair projects that make homes safer and stronger

Load up materials and tools before heading to the job site
-
Help train and guide crew members (once you’ve got the hang of it)

Stay hands-on: dig, lift, and install the systems that support homes

Keep the job moving with speed, safety, and attention to detail

Bring great energy to the team and help make customers feel confident and cared for
What We're Looking For:

You can lift heavy stuff and are cool working in crawl spaces

You’re open to overnight travel and overtime when needed (extra $$!)

You know your way around a smartphone or tablet

You can pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
-
You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
