QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 10 to 12 years related experience and/or training, and 5 to 7 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and understand the most complex documents; ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints; ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style; ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the company's insurance carrier.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Somewhat disagreeable working conditions. Continuously exposed to one or two elements such as noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting. May involve some travel and/or work is at times, in the evening or during the night hours.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Experience as a frontline fundraiser with demonstrated success in personally cultivating, soliciting, and securing major gifts from a diverse population of prospects.
Experience cultivating relationships for philanthropic purposes.
Travel within the state of Arkansas. Occasional out-of-state travel may be required.
This position requires a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must have an acceptable background check and driving record.Â
