📍 Position: Float Front Desk / Patient Representative
🏥 Home Clinic: Overland Park
📍 Thursday Location: Plaza Clinic – 4801 Main St, Kansas City, MO
⏰ Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(No Wednesdays! Enjoy a midweek day off + one Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks)

We’re looking for a Float Front Desk / Patient Representative who thrives on helping others, brings positivity to the team, and adapts with ease when floating to our nearby clinics.

💫 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism

• Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates

• Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations

• Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC’s patient-first values

🎓 Qualifications

• High school diploma required

• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
