Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is seeking a Director of Leadership and Talent Development reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Capabilities & Learning to elevate leadership capabilities across our growing wine and spirits organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping a culture of continuous learning, developing mid- and senior-level leaders, and ensuring our leadership pipeline supports both operational excellence and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings a blend of industry awareness, creativity, and a passion for people development in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The ideal candidate lives on the east coast.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and facilitate leadership development strategies tailored to the unique needs of the wine and spirits industry.
- Build and manage learning paths and cohort-based programs for mid- and senior-level leaders across production, sales, marketing, and corporate functions.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify talent gaps and succession opportunities.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and experiential learning sessions that reflect our brand values and business goals.
- Integrate leadership development with performance management, DEI, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Track and report on program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Design and implement companywide coaching program, including training and deliver feedback to internal leaders as mentors and coaches
- Identify KPIs and gather data to evaluate effectiveness of leadership investments

Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in organizational development for operations in a large organizational and/or functional business unit.
- Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
- Certifications in coaching and/or training preferred
