Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

College degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Macintosh and PC hardware, software, and system administration.

Working knowledge of macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and printers/copiers.

Experience managing a fleet of devices using tools such as Mosyle MDM (or similar), DeployStudio, Apple Profile Manager, Munki, Apple Remote Desktop, or scripting.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
-
High level of integrity, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to assist users with varying levels of technology proficiency.

Demonstrated ability to interact cooperatively, courteously, and professionally with students, teachers, and colleagues.

Ability to work independently, anticipate workload, set priorities, and complete tasks on time.

Ability to provide Windows support preferred.

Experience working with a variety of academic technologies, including integration and training, preferred.

Experience with Blackbaud’s “On Suite” preferred.

Google Apps Level 1 or Level 2 certification and/or Google Trainer certification preferred.

Familiarity with wired and wireless networking and basic infrastructure concepts.

Basic understanding of networking protocols and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), preferably Blackbaud.
Physical and Environmental Conditions

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and navigate stairs and hills throughout the campus.

Able to push, pull, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Simultaneous and repetitive use of both hands is required for writing and data entry.

Sight, hearing, and speech are required to communicate effectively.

Must have the mobility and stamina necessary to access various work locations across a campus with varied terrain.

This role requires regular movement across campus, including carrying or transporting equipment as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
