Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Construction Manager to help the company meet or exceed its sales, closings, and profit goals for homes built to be owner-occupied by managing sales functions and sales team personnel.

General Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands aligned with marketing goals and brand voices.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging, original content (visuals, captions, videos, and stories) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for photography, videography and content assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and launch product campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster a loyal and active community.
- Actively monitor social platforms for brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry conversations to inform content strategy and address customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs to analyze what's working, refine strategy, and report results to internal team.
- Stay ahead of social and digital trends, tools, and best practices and proactively suggest fresh content ideas.
Qualifications:Â
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within real estate, lifestyle or retail.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.) and content formats.
- Experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VivaVideo, Lightroom, InShot etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and style.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
