$70,000+ for independent licensed therapists
(0-5 years experience: $70,000-$73,450 / 5-10 years of experience:$75K-$78,500 / 10+ years of experience: $80K-$84K)

$1/hour (Approximately $2,080 Annually) for unlicensed Clinicians and $2/hour (approximately $4160) for licensed Clinicians.

Duties Include:
- Provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita."
- Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients;Â Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health
- Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices. Â
- Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures;Â Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
- Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
- Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.  Â
- Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
