- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of major gifts experience strongly preferred
- Excellent skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel, plus donor databases (specific experience in Raiser’s Edge a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and/or facilitate work groups required
- Experience in nonprofit development and networking
- Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends
