What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Crisis Services, you’ll mentor and coach individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Teach daily living skills: personal care, cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning
-
Support and encourage positive coping skills
-
Use verbal de-escalation and redirection for safety when needed
-
Follow behavior support plans created by Behavior Analysis professionals
What You Bring
-
18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
-
At least 3 months of direct care experience preferred

Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to obtain Class E license if operating an Arc vehicle
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work directly with clients in their homes
-
Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to learn
Schedule & Training
-
Initial two weeks require weekday, daytime availability for paid training.

Full-time and part-time schedules available.
