From managing mail and coordinating maintenance to keeping snacks stocked and meetings running smoothly, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventory; reorder as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and vendors.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including room bookings, catering, and materials.
- Support internal events, team lunches, and company celebrations.
- Support other office admins with supply orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing workstations.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in office management.
- Proficiency in office procedures and equipment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated without constant oversight.
- Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds as part of occasional office organization or supply management duties.
- Soft Skills: communication, organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, tech savviness, collaboration and professionalism.
