Position Summary:
The Vice President, Finance will be a key strategic and operational leader responsible for the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role will oversee FP&A functions, guide cross-functional financial decision-making, and build scalable financial systems and processes to support growth. The VP, Finance will lead a team of finance professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy of the organization.

The ideal candidate has deep FP&A expertise, a track record of leading teams in dynamic environments, and hands-on experience building financial processes and tools in a high-growth setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range financial modeling.
  • Partner with business leaders to align financial goals with operational plans and drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external financial reporting packages, including board-level presentations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 finance professionals, fostering development and a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Design and implement scalable financial systems, reporting tools, and operational processes that enable efficient and accurate data-driven insights.
  • Develop and standardize company-wide financial policies, controls, and best practices.
  • Build models and dashboards to support resource allocation, pricing, unit economics, and investment decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and product teams to assess business initiatives and identify financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership.
  • Strong command of financial modeling, analysis, and executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated success leading finance teams and scaling finance functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools, reporting dashboards).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or product-driven environment is an asset.
