We are committed to delivering high-quality national and private brand products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team and drive sales growth with Walmart.

Job Summary: The Director of Sales, Walmart will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of navigating organizational complexities and influencing others. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess a creative growth mindset. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, Walmart and will be based out of our hybrid Bentonville office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company top and bottom line goals.

· Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams, providing the guidance and direction needed to drive business value and achieve company objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart Merchandising, Replenishment, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Product Development teams.

· Utilize advanced data analytics to drive sales strategies and decision-making.

· Navigate and leverage Walmart systems (Retail Link, i360, QMS, Luminate) for effective account management.

· Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

· Lead projects and initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve sales processes.

· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Foster a culture of innovation, resilience, and adaptability within the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in national account management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

· Experience with Walmart systems (Retail Link, i360, QMS, Luminate) preferred.

· Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

· Strong strategic thinking and executive presence.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to navigate organizational complexities and influence others.

· Self-motivated with a desire to embrace change and drive innovation.

· Strong project management and prioritization skills.

· Advanced data analytics skills.

· Proven ability to manage a P&L and deliver business value.

· Experience leading through complexity and building trusted retailer partnerships.

· Up to 20% travel will be required
