This position requires all new hires to go through full days of training for one full week.

- Bachelor’s degree in special education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in job coaching, career development, or related field with individuals with disabilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including different sites and programs as needed.
- Must have a current CT driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must maintain all LARC required and state-mandated training certifications and re-certifications.Â
- Be over the age of 21

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Outlook, and be comfortable using tablets and smartphones along with other general office equipment. Ability to work with and understand databases is a must and the ability to learn technical skills.
