GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
SupHerb Farms supplies IQF Herbs, Frozen Specialty Vegetables and globally inspired Culinary Blends, Culinary Pastes and Culinary Sauces to restaurant chains, grocery retailers and best-in-class food manufacturers who are passionate about sourcing farm fresh flavor.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to support lead generation, brand visibility and customer engagement. You will serve as the organization-wide HubSpot subject matter expert and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, data-informed digital campaigns.
This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for a tech-savvy, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience in the foodservice, ingredient or B2B food sector is highly valued.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
- Serve as the organization’s HubSpot subject matter expert, championing its use across teams.
- Plan, execute and optimize inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including content exchange offers, email marketing and lead nurturing
- Design and manage automated workflows and personalized customer journeys.
- Develop lead generation and implement scoring models to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads
- Oversee lead screening to identify and qualify marketing leads for sales hand-off and implement automated solutions to streamline the process.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Directors to segment audiences and tailor campaign messaging.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, recommend optimizations and lead implementation project.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by partnering with Sales to clean, update and analyze records for accuracy and effectiveness.
Website & SEO/SEM
- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize website content and paid search (SEO/SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and attract qualified traffic.
- Work with the Marketing Director to analyze website performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and enhance user experience to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage website maintenance by partnering with Sr. Marketing Manager and directing web agency to ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
Organic Social Media & Content
- Create and maintain a consistent social media presence by managing campaigns, publishing content, and engaging with followers to support brand awareness and lead generation.
Strategy, Collaboration & Project Management
- Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies as part of annual planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Manage digital marketing projects, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Create and deploy engaging digital content that supports lead generation, brand awareness and campaign goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, automation and emerging technologies
- Apply strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities in response to evolving technologies and business needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field. Current on emerging digital marketing and marketing techniques, platforms and methodology. Minimum 5 years’ work experience is required.
