Salary Range: $68,640k - $82k


 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

SupHerb Farms supplies IQF Herbs, Frozen Specialty Vegetables and globally inspired Culinary Blends, Culinary Pastes and Culinary Sauces to restaurant chains, grocery retailers and best-in-class food manufacturers who are passionate about sourcing farm fresh flavor. 

 

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence, engage key audiences and drive business growth across B2B foodservice and industrial ingredient channels. This role is highly collaborative, working across departments and with external partners to ensure consistency in branding, effective campaign execution and efficient project management.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative and organized, with strong communication and project coordination skills. They should be comfortable managing a range of marketing functions, from content development and creative support to event execution and resource management.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Support

  • Under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager, execute the design and copywriting of marketing assets for organic social media, email campaigns, blog content, POS materials, event collateral and customer-facing communications—including product campaigns, presentations and sales tools.
  • Support the creation and updating of visual assets for the company website and trade event materials.
  • Perform basic photo and video editing, including motion graphics and short-form video content for digital marketing platforms and sales support.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of photo and video shoots, including foodservice and industrial ingredient marketing of chef, product and finished application imagery (e.g., the use of SupHerb Farms ingredients in craveable plated restaurant dishes).
  • Assist in the development of reusable content templates to support consistency and efficiency within the Marketing department.

Branding

  • Maintain brand consistency across relevant internal and external touchpoints, including (but not limited to) presentations, sales collateral, website, social media and print communications. 
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager in executing cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing strategies across B2B foodservice and industrial ingredient channels via professional copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to support branding initiatives across departments, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • With instruction from the Senior Marketing Manager, audit and update customer-facing materials to ensure alignment with brand strategy, messaging and visual guidelines.
  • Coordinate the design and production of branded promotional items, event collateral and printed assets.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed and promotional materials within budget constraints.

Event Management & Key Customer Meeting Support

  • Lead the planning, execution and performance tracking of marketing-sponsored industry events to drive audience engagement and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing touchpoint plans for key industry events, including the creation of content and assets, as well as pre-, during- and post-event communications.
  • Manage inventory and fulfillment of sales materials (i.e. printed POS, promotional items, key customer meeting supplies and sales sponsored event materials).
  • Support sales team requests, fulfillment and inventory management.

Marketing Project Management

  • Assist in managing project timelines and trackers, facilitating review cycles and tracking approvals while acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

B2B Organic Social Media

  • Develop organic social media content to support marketing initiatives and brand storytelling, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist to hand off finalized assets for scheduling and publishing across social platforms.

Presentation Development

  • Support the marketing team in creation of presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Customize templates and visuals for audiences such as distributors, operators and industrial buyers.
  • Maintain and update a library of presentation templates and slide assets for cross-functional team use.
  • Assist on customized key customer presentations as assigned by manager.  

Marketing Tools & Resource Management

  • Maintain and regularly update marketing tools and resources, including the marketing glossary, brand documentation and processes.
  • Oversee inventory management of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional items to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of printed collateral and branded promotional materials.

Lead Screening

  • Assist Digital Marketing Specialist to review and vet marketing leads for nurturing or sales follow-up.

Association Membership Management

  • Manage industry association memberships, including renewals and benefits, to ensure effective utilization across marketing and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role—ideally within a B2B, foodservice or industrial ingredient environment. Hands-on experience with content creation, basic design and editing tools and project coordination is essential, along with strong communication and grammar skills plus the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED/DESIRED

  • Highly knowledgeable in the following platforms and tools:
    • Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
    • Canva
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player who is highly motivated and can thrive in a lean, fast paced, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for grammar.
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a “nice to have” but not required.
