This role will report directly to the VP of Technology, the Technical Project Manager will lead complex, high-impact technical initiatives from inception to delivery. This contract role offer the opportunity to transition into a full-time position, making it ideal for candidates who want to showcase their expertise in a fast-moving, innovative-driven environment while contributing to impactful projects across a global organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and deliver complex technical projects, ensuring they meet business and stakeholder expectations.
- Interpret and translate intricate technical requirements for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize project management tools – including Microsoft Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and Monday.com – for tracking, reporting and collaboration.
- Monitor progress, budgets, risks and timelines, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and reports to the VP of Technology and other senior leaders.

The person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and requirements.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong communication with oral and written, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with high-availability call center environments and operations.
- Experience with telecom software such as Twilio, Genesys or Asterisk preferred.
- Knowledge of resource allocation, forecasting and budgeting in technical environments.
