Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or related administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate order management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Professional and positive customer service orientation; works well both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Range: $47-66k
