What You’ll Do:
As a Network Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening Bardavon’s provider network through like negotiating rates with out-of-network providers, managing communication with insurance companies and injured workers, scheduling therapy, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will focus on coordinating and managing these agreements to ensure injured workers receive appropriate care and benefits. Your work ensures that providers are effectively onboard and aligned with company standards, enabling access to high-quality care across our network.
- Perform research and initial outreach calls to identify and determine suitable providers for inclusion into Bardavon's Network, Primary focus with SRA Conversions
- Processes and manages assigned single case referrals to ensure all company procedures are followed while exceeding client expectations, SLAs, and team and individual KPIs.
- Negotiate rates with out-of-network providers for specific cases, ensuring that the injured worker receives the necessary care at a reasonable cost.Â
- Act as a liaison between the injured worker, insurance company, and out-of-network providers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the process.Â
- Stay up to date on relevant regulations and guidelines related to workers' compensation and extended network agreements, ensuring all processes and agreements are compliant.Â
- Maintain accurate records of all extended network providers, communications, and other relevant documentation.Â
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to our extended network and other workers' compensation matters.Â
- Provides exceptional customer experience to injured workers, adjusters, case managers, therapy providers as well as internal business partners
- Processes and manage assigned referrals to ensure all company procedures are followed while exceeding client expectations, SLAs, and team and individual KPIs
- Provides timely and accurate communication on cases by leveraging phones, fax, email, CRM, and company-specific software
- Accepts inbound and outbound calls to support therapy placement activities and processes as well as stakeholder inquiries
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple cases at one timeÂ
- Attention to detail in accurately documenting information in multiple systemsÂ
- Document and track support and ticket request and ensure proper notification and resolution of issues impacting assigned cases
- Other duties as required/assigned

Must Have’s:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience may substitute for education requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with multiple computer systems and programsÂ
- Proficient data entry skills

Nice To Have’s:
- Salesforce or other CRM solution, Microsoft experience preferred
- Inside sales, network contracting, and workers comp experience strongly preferred
- A strong understanding of workers’ compensation network regulationsÂ
- Professional and positive phone etiquetteÂ
- High attention to detail and ability to execute specific client work instructions
- Effective communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Able to work with others professionally while completing multiple tasks simultaneously and successfullyÂ
- Maintain a professional image and attitude Â
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, providers, clients, and customers
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and work independently or in a team environment Â
- Advanced reasoning and problem-solving abilities and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or related fields may be beneficial

Compensation:
- The range of base salary for this role is between $46,000-$57,000 plus benefits. Please note that base salary is a guideline and will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Additionally, salary is just one component of Bardavon’s total rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program and/or incentive pay.
