About the Partial Hospital/Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer short-term, outpatient day treatment designed to provide acute stabilization and support. Clients typically engage in services for 1–3 weeks, receiving intensive individual and group therapy. Our multidisciplinary team employs a collaborative, client-centered approach and utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help individuals achieve stability and continue their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of 7–10 clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical needs.
- Assess mental health conditions using biopsychosocial data, diagnostics, and psychological evaluations.
- Conduct interviews, observations, and assessments to inform and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and client history.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support recovery, life adjustment, and behavioral change in accordance with program structure.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support overall wellness.

Requirements of the Position
- Master’s degree in a social science field as defined by the Missouri Department of Mental Health is required.
- Active provisional licensure in Missouri (PLPC, LMSW, or MFT) preferred.
- Availability to work a consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Solid understanding of mental health and substance use disorders.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on recovery-oriented care.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace; accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and G-Suite).
