About the Thrive Program
Our Thrive Center is a short term mental health residential treatment program, diverting individuals from hospitalization. We provide intensive therapeutic services for clients, including clinical case management, therapy, group opportunities, and medication management. Â Our clients benefit from a collaborative treatment team in receiving individualized care tailored towards their needs.

What You'll Do
- Monitors clients in a safe environment, performing and documenting client safety rounds.  This includes ADL monitoring and coaching (i.e. life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.).
- Facilitates structured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan.
- Demonstrates culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of the program space.
- Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. Â This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Â This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.

Requirements of the Position
- Availability to work a full time schedule (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator’s license (or equivalent license in another state).
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law.
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
