Position Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience or interest in women's health to support our urogynecology clinic. In this role, you'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to provide high-quality care for patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patient care during clinic visits, including preparing patients, reviewing histories, and assisting with procedures.
- Provide patient education on conditions, treatments, and post-visit care.
- Perform phone triage, follow-up calls, and respond to patient messages.
- Administer medications and injections as ordered.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in State of Tennessee
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (women’s health, OB/GYN, or urology preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EMRs; Epic experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, respectful approach to patient care
