Primary Objective: The Workforce Development Executive is responsible for identifying appropriate job opportunities based on training needs and career goals of individual clients.
Job Duties
- Responsible for identifying appropriate jobs opportunities based on training needs and career goals.
- Develop career strategies for job seekers utilizing assessments and other tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform in a performance-based team environment.
- Must meet monthly and annual goals for the placement of clientele
- Market and sell organizations on the valued service FEC provides
- Assist in special projects involving job training and FEC special initiatives as assigned
- Must establish and maintain a customer follow-up system.
- Completing employment and training plans in coherency and logical order
- Interact with employers; identify employment opportunities, marketing for trainees and place through sales efforts
- Conducts follow-up through job training and placement interaction with clients and exceeding individual, team, and agency goals
- Process related paperwork and compliance requirements
- Other duties as assigned

- Maintains 100% confidentiality with regard to corporate and client information.
- Solves problems independently. Consults Manager in unusual or sensitive problems, and presents possible solutions. Keeps all documentation accurate and up to date. Actively seeks to increase knowledge about employment/training system. Needs and priorities.
