Minimal Qualifications:
Degree Requirement: Master’s degree in a related field (social work, mental health counseling, psychology, sociology etc.) with at least two (2) – three (3) years’ supervisory experience working with mental health populations, substance abuse programs, inpatient/outpatient treatment, homeless populations, etc.
Professional License Required (MSW, MHC, etc.).
Other Qualifications
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Proficient analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of database systems that record client data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of New York State and City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $51,500
