Education and Experience
- High School diploma with 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Associates degree with 3+years’ experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with 1-2 years’ experience
- Fluency in both verbal and written communication in Spanish a plus

- Must be able to lift to 5 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
- Strong understanding of the NYC homeless shelter system (including working knowledge

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of New York State and City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.Â

The base annual salary compensation range being offered for this role is $66,100.00.
