Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Cleaners to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Golden 1 Center. The Janitor will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop the concourse.
• Re-lines Arena's trash and garbage containers throughout the Arena.
• Vacuum, dusts, polishes brass and cleans glass doors, windows, and restrooms in all of the suites.
• Cleans and re-stocks restrooms on concourse.
• Cleans Arena exterior and interior doors and windows.
• Responds to wet and dry spills in assigned area.
• Constantly inspects area for potential hazards.
• Inspects restrooms throughout the event for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
• Utilizing the highest level of customer service, responds to customer requests and complaints.
• Empties Arena's trash and garbage containers and picks up trash throughout the Arena during the event.
• Picks up all liquids and trash in the Arena bowl.
• Clean all operations level lounges, dressing rooms, and locker rooms.
• Sweeps and mops between the seats and the stairs in the Arena bowl, and cleans seats.
• Empties Arena's trash and garbage containers and picks up trash throughout the Arena.
• Notifies management concerning need for repairs or additions to lighting heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Cleans practice facility.
• Cleans all restrooms.
• Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or the Advanced, Inc team.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.
