What You’ll Do:

· Deliver exceptional nursing care to evaluate and treat patients in their homes

· Lead and collaborate with a compassionate care team

· Help patients regain independence and quality of life

What You’ll Need:

· Colorado RN license

· 1+ year in acute care & home health (required)

· Strong clinical assessment and excellent documentation skills

· Medicare home health and home health management experience is highly preferred

· EMR experience (Kantime a plus)
