Video Technician - Plano Campus

Assists in managing the television studio, video production shoots, video engineering and/or video operations at Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Production/Photography Director regarding studio setups, shoots, and maintenance
• Assist the Content team with shoots
• Anticipate the needs of the Content team to ensure equipment is prepared for immediate use
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance production efficiency and maintain high-quality standards
• Utilize existing management systems to effectively manage and maintain video equipment
• Assist the Live Production team with staffing requirements for services and events
• Collaborate with the Audio/Video Engineer – Plano Campus on video engineering projects at both campuses
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience working in both live and studio production environments
• Proficient in Google and Apple products
• Ability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule with flexibility to work nights and weekends as events require
• Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time and to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting/moving gear up to 50 pounds without assistance
