Provides administrative assistance to assigned Minister(s) and ministries at Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”).
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to assigned minister(s) to include scheduling appointments, answering telephone, ordering office supplies, and other clerical and administrative duties.
- Provide administrative support to LifeGroup class leadership for the purpose of scheduling upcoming events, providing outreach information and providing necessary information for attendance, outreach, and announcements
- Respond to requests and inquiries from ministry leadership, teachers, members, attendees, and prospects
- Generate required ministry reports
- Generate Purchase Orders, Check Requests, and other required financial related items and ensure compliance with PBC policies
- Coordinate with appropriate church staff for the purpose of organizing ministry events
- Assist with composing and creating informational letters, brochures, etc. for the ministry
- Prepare materials for training
- Assist with the preparation for Special Events conducted by the ministries
- Assist with scheduling baptisms
- Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed
- Maintain files
- Other duties as assigned
