Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- LSW/MSW preferred
- CDCA preferred
- Experience with case management, homelessness, mental health or substance abuse
- Since the Case Managers are responsible for driving clients in their personal vehicle, they need to have the following: Valid driver’s license with good driving record, daily access to private insured vehicle during work hours and the ability to be approved by Shelter House insurer.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Physical Requirements (% of time spent performing requirements)
- Time spent walking- 15%
- Time spent sitting- 30%
