Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of data extraction and reporting from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to clearly convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a strategic sourcing or category management environment.
- Familiarity with procurement KPIs and strategic sourcing processes.
- Exposure to executive-level reporting or board materials.
