Sales Administrator
About Us:
We’re a team of competitive and client-obsessed pros helping designers, engineers, and builders bring their visions to life. Our sales team is fast, focused, and always closing—but even the best closers need backup.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who’s organized like a spreadsheet ninja, proactive like a project manager, and cool under pressure. You’ll be the operational heartbeat behind every quote, proposal, and deal that goes out the door.
If you get a weird thrill from accurate data, clean systems, and being the person everyone can count on—read on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep Sales Running Smooth: Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, statements of work, and renewals.
- Be a Go-To Resource: Support the sales team with product info, pricing, licensing options, and Autodesk promotions.
- Stop, Collaborate and Listen: Work with different parts of the organization to build proposals based upon the customer requests.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Spot inefficiencies, improve processes, and help us go from good to unstoppable.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in sales admin, operations, or sales support.
- Detail-obsessed. Organized. Deadline-driven. You love a good checklist.
- Familiar with CRM platforms and quoting tools.
- Great communicator—written, verbal, and everything in between.
- Calm under pressure and unfazed by last-minute requests.
- Bonus points for Autodesk, software licensing, or B2B sales experience.
- Self-starter who asks “What’s next?” rather than waiting for instructions.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Supportive Sales Culture: You’re not in the background—you’re a key player!
- Fast-Paced Environment: No two days look the same, and you’ll never be bored.
- Career Growth: Use ATG’s Greater U program to develop the best version of yourself.
- Autonomy + Ownership: You’ll run your own desk, own your responsibilities, and be trusted to get it done.
- Cool Clients: Help support architects, engineers, and creators working on real-world projects.
- Team That Wins Together: We celebrate every close, every milestone, and every team member.
