Help Us Grow Home Service Brands Nationwide
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to help us grow a portfolio of home service brands across the country. This isn’t an entry-level role—you’ll be responsible for creating and executing full marketing plans for 6–8 brands, working closely with local leadership to hit lead volume and revenue budgets.You’ll lead campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, radio, social), manage marketing budgets, and serve as the go-to marketing resource for GMs, Ops Managers, and RVPs in your region. You won’t be handed a roadmap—you’ll be expected to build one.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute marketing plans for 6–8 brands, using historical data and local insights
- Hit lead volume budgets across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments
- Manage multiple marketing budgets and report monthly performance
- Direct vendors and creative teams to deliver effective local campaigns
- Meet weekly with operational leadership to stay aligned on goals
- Track results, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Own the outcomes—you’re responsible for performance, not just activity
What Success Looks Like
- Each brand you support is hitting or exceeding lead volume budgets
- Your budgets are accurate, justified, and contributing to 10%+ annual growth
- General Managers and Regional Vice Presidents trust your strategy and execution
- You identify what’s working and what’s not—and adjust accordingly
- You’re known for clear communication, strong follow-through, and big-picture thinking
