Job Summary
The Director of Engineering provides strategic leadership across ATG’s engineering disciplines—including Civil, Structural, and MEP—by overseeing and coordinating activities of the Technical Services group and technical staff. This role is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance with applicable laws. The Director will drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration across departments, and contribute directly to ATG’s growth and success.
Location: North Little Rock, AR, or Phoenix, AZ, offices preferred. Open to remote in other locations for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Sales Leadership

Manage service offerings including outsourcing, production, consulting, and specialized implementations/training.

Ensure quality control, deliverable accuracy, client satisfaction, and minimum hourly revenue standards.

Lead team management: onboarding, scheduling, training, certifications, and mentoring.

Partner with Marketing to produce thought leadership (webinars, blogs, white papers, customer success stories).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

Excellent organizational, relationship management, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook), Bluebeam, and CRM/project tracking tools.
