Under the supervision of the Deputy Clinical Officer, the Director of Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Services is responsible for the administration and management of clinical, contractual, and financial operations – for the purpose of ensuring delivery of person centered, trauma informed, and culturally and linguistically appropriate services.  The Director of ECI Services promotes effective collaboration and cooperation within the clinical and administrative support functions within the programs, ECI Division, and organization.  This role brings leadership experience as a successful team builder with a history of achieving measurable quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial stability.  The primary responsibility is to optimize the clinical service delivery system by providing leadership and ensuring effective, comprehensive, and cost-effective care in tandem with achieving organizational goals/objectives and consistently promoting LifePath Systems mission and values.  This position seeks opportunities to work collaboratively with families, childcare providers, pediatricians, and other early childhood services to ensure access to specialized care for infants/toddlers and their families in Collin, Kaufman, Fannin, Grayson, and Rockwall counties.
As a member of the leadership team, the Director of ECI Services is responsible for reporting on and improving performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across all ECI services in the five-county catchment area. This position is responsible for developing and adhering to policies and procedures relating to clinical and fiscal operations; monitoring and maintaining contractual responsibilities; analyzing data, strategic planning, and community engagement. Â
The Director of ECI Services is responsible for oversight of implementation of the coaching model, monitoring service delivery ratios of specialized therapies with specialized skills training (SST) and case management for overall service excellence, and serves as expert for family cost share methodology and funding streams. Â This position is responsible for developing realistic budgets, overseeing family satisfaction, and implementing measures for consistent performance improvement and excellence. Â
Other duties include, but not limited to: Â leading monthly team meetings; ensures programs remain in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements resulting in no penalties, findings, or recoupment of funds; oversees CAPs and accountability processes; completes annual budgets, monitors monthly income statements, and ensures budget reporting is submitted accurately and in mandated timeframes; optimizes continuous improvement by developing long and short term goals pertaining to area growth and services; personnel action of assigned teams (evaluation, review of PTO request and approval of time sheets, coaching, trainings, and disciplinary action as needed) is completed timely; leads the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process to fill vacant positions efficiently, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values. The Director of ECI Services directly supervises clinical and administrative leadership roles within the ECI Division. Â Performs other duties as assigned to fulfill program needs.
