The Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Customer Service/Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for supporting customer service inquiries through palmettomoononline.com and our customer service phone number. This position provides support to E-Commerce with communication to customers regarding online order inquiries, including changes, special requests and refunds. In addition to external customer support, the CSR handles inquiries from store, warehouse and corporate personnel and reroutes information to the proper department head. This position is part-time and can require weekends and extended hours during peak business periods.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers
- Work as part of a team to meet individual and team objectives
- Carefully package merchandise to be shipped to avoid damages
- Assist customers with question and issues regarding gift cards, which includes monitoring usage and balances in all systems
- Create transfer for merchandise, when necessary
