- Greet and assist members with inquiries related to products, services, and accounts.
- Process orders for fuel, feed, and grain, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain member records and handle billing, payments, and account updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Educate members on new products, promotions, and services.
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and reporting.
