Member Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and customers, providing outstanding service and support across our energy, feed, and grain divisions.

• Greet and assist members with inquiries related to products, services, and accounts.
• Process orders for fuel, feed, and grain, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain member records and handle billing, payments, and account updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Educate members on new products, promotions, and services.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and reporting.

• Previous experience in customer service, agriculture, or cooperative services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural products (feed, grain, energy) is beneficial.
