Isto is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Specialist. Working under the direction and guidance of the Marketing Director, the Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for:


1. Content Strategy & Calendar

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar spanning digital channels, campaigns, and events.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and differentiated content.

2. Social Media

  • Write and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify company updates and leadership perspectives.
  • Adapt and repurpose content for multiple formats (e.g., social, blog, email, video snippets).

3. Blog & Website Content

  • Write and edit blogs and website copy focused on education, innovation, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure web content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, and sales teams to translate technical insights into accessible, compelling content.

4. Email Marketing

  • Develop and refine promotional, educational, and nurture email campaigns.
  • Manage a recurring company newsletter highlighting relevant product and industry updates.
  • Track email performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

5. Graphic Design

  • Assist in the creation and updating of marketing collateral such as brochure and sales aids.
  • Design and format presentation decks for meetings, trainings, and presentations.

6. Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze performance of digital marketing initiatives (social, email, web) and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal regulatory systems and applicable industry standards.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of content marketing experience; experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of brand voice and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
