Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency, with a preference for expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with reports, fields, and workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and updates.
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce team and consulting partner to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
  • Validate and reconcile data across integrated systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for automation implement solutions to streamline business processes.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

 

Experience & Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with FSC experience preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OmniStudio a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau/Salesforce Analytics for data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $95,000 per year. Bonus of up to 10% of your base salary, paid out in quarterly increments, based on performance.
