Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency, with a preference for expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with reports, fields, and workflows.
- Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and updates.
- Collaborate with our Salesforce team and consulting partner to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
- Validate and reconcile data across integrated systems to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for automation implement solutions to streamline business processes.
