JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Advertising Photographer is a creative visual storyteller responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and editing high-quality photo and video assets that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. This position plays a key role in supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, social media content, digital assets, print materials, and property signage.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

  • Develop, capture, and create high-quality assets that are brand-aligned and platform-specific.
  • Own end-to-end content production, from ideation and storyboarding to scouting, shooting, editing, and post-production
  • Collaborate with internal clients and external agencies to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Participate in the development and implementation of emerging trends, new storytelling techniques, and advanced editing styles to consistently push creative boundaries
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of how to operate, troubleshoot, and properly care for equipment including smartphones, cameras, lighting, Mac and PC computers, and all related accessories
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard digital and design tools including, but not limited to Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
  • Manage multiple projects using Wrike and maintain a streamlined workflow. Ensure that tight deadlines and rapid turnaround requests are met without compromising quality
  • Update the content library with new deliverables and assets and maintain organizational consistency to ensure ease of access for future use
  • Support with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of experience in photography, videography, multimedia, and asset creation, for brands or agencies, ideally within the lifestyle or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in photo and video production, including editing, lighting, and sound.
  • Advanced skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and other editing tools like Canva or CapCut
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, design principles, and visual content strategy
  • Advanced knowledge using both mobile and professional camera equipment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organization and creative problem solving
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Willingness to travel between properties and off-site locations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, lifestyle, and event photography and video

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. of equipment and materials on an intermittent basis.

 

The individual must also be comfortable working in a smoke-filled environment and able to respond to the demands of a dynamic casino setting. Work is performed in office, on-property and off-property locations with moderate to high noise levels depending on proximity to gaming areas. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying lighting and weather conditions. Dexterity of hands and fingers is required for use of computers, cameras, and general office equipment.
