Job Description Summary

Track, analyze and maintain all implemented marketing programs, offers and special events with emphasis on hosted and other premium players.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

  • Create and analyze ongoing reinvestment reporting for Marketing Efforts.
  • Create and analyze reporting for Player Development programs for high end players. 
  • Create Pro Analysis for Promotions, Entertainment and Events.
  • Create Analysis for ongoing Direct Mail, Promotions/Events, Entertainment and Email Offers.
  • Responsible for maintaining database files on all aspects and activities of all direct marketing programs that enhance customer-loyalty, support strategic and tactical objectives that drive repeat business, increase brand recognition and recall, drive volume and increase revenue.
  • Track and analyze direct marketing programs and prepare proformas and post analysis for promotions, tournaments and player recognition events for hosted and other premium players.
  • Extract data and lists for marketing direct mail and promotional offers, with emphasis on hosted and other premium players.
  • Create and Maintain Database Dashboards as needed for Marketing Programs.
  • Coordinate with necessary external vendors and internal departments to ensure accuracy of Database.
  • Maintain all customer list criterion and develop criteria for additional Marketing Programs.
  • Maintain integrity of the database through data entry standardization and cleanliness programs. (Group one/Group One or similar products)
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Must comply with all applicable System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of an Bachelor’s Degree from a Four-year college or technical school; or at least five (5) years’ experiences in Marketing Analytics, Casino Marketing Department, or Casino Finance Department.
  • Database Marketing experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill required.
  • Must be able to use and understand SQL, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong technical skills with the demonstrated ability to learn computer languages and /or software systemsKnowledge of Casino Operations database management Knowledge of Casino Operations database management Experience with reporting or query programming language, other relational databases, and /or related software packages; demonstrated ability to learn other computer languages and /or software systems.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.  The individual may also be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.

Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.  The individual must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to:  a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
