JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

 

Performs general maintenance for the interior and exterior areas of ICGR Clubhouses, maintenance and adjacent buildings.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

 

  • Maintain quality of appearance for interior and exterior of area of clubhouse, maintenance and adjacent buildings; performs preventive maintenance and cleaning of these premises. This will include painting, washing, polishing, and repairing all inside and outside fixtures.
  • Clean and service all restrooms, valet driveway and patio areas.
  • Work with outside vendor companies to ensure jobs are performed as contracted. May assist vendors as directed by GM. 
  • Tours complex daily identifying items requiring facilities or housekeeping services.
  • Monitors testing instruments effectively in order to identify and resolve problems.
  • Performs timely repairs, instillations, and preventing maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and any other pieces of equipment.
  • Accurately document all repairs and preventing maintenance repairs.
  • Receive and review all engineering work orders request forms to determine problem and resolution.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years maintenance experience in related field.
  • Must have general maintenance and trade knowledge.
  • Must have HVAC, plumbing, painting m and carpentry skills; HVAC certification preferred.

 

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the entire property, including but not limited to roof areas, crawl spaces, basements, and all interior and exterior spaces must be able to stand for extended periods of time, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50lbs. on an intermittent basis.
