EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a high paced office environment, preferably processing escrow, legal, or real estate transactions
- Must type a minimum of 55 wpm.
- Must be proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Attention to detail, a must.
- Excellent organizational ability, including achieving project timelines.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills, a must.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must comply with applicable training and security requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, walk and use hands to type, reach, talk and hear and an ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment, but may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel associated with training will be required.
