About Us:
Nashoba Learning Group (NLG) is a non-profit educational organization serving individuals with autism through our Day School and Adult Programs. At NLG, we are committed to evidence-based, compassionate practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and centered on dignity, trust, and respect. Our approach prioritizes relationship-building and learner assent — because we believe meaningful growth happens when learning is safe, engaging, and collaborative.
Our Adult Services program supports individuals ages 22+ in developing life skills, communication, and independence. Clinical Leaders are at the heart of this mission, guiding small teams of staff and learners through personalized programs that promote autonomy, confidence, and quality of life.
Clinical Leader Role Summary
As a Clinical Leader, you will coordinate, design, and oversee programming for 8–12 adult members and supervise a team of 4–8 staff. You will develop individualized objectives and behavior plans, use data to guide decisions, and support both members and staff in reaching their highest potential.
This is a unique opportunity for:
- BCBAs looking for a collaborative environment with no billable hours, or
- Graduate students (2nd year+) pursuing their BCBA, who want structured supervision and leadership experience.
Clinical Leaders work full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday (8:30 am–4:00pm), at our Billerica program site.
