Description

Proactive and detail-oriented individual specializing in customer engagement, to Marketing for PROvider custom dispensers and WPI and creating an effective digital presence for the company.  This role is pivotal in supporting sales operations, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. 

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a liaison for customers of our proprietary dispenser products.
  • Request samples from production, some are custom builds and inspects sample before shipping
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, lead times, order status, pricing, and availability.
  • Perform renderings; place logo or artwork onto dispensers; return as individual images or in a presentation format
  • Develop and coordinate digital marketing and other materials, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and website content for the company.
  • Help manage and update the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, Facebook and email campaigns).
  • Organizational assistance with trade shows, virtual demos, and industry-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with targeted outreach campaigns and customer presentations.
  • Assist production of building new SKU approval, artwork layout for approval and issuing new SKU information to internal production team
  • Customer visits via travel or TEAMS to engage sale and dispenser options and functionality
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or Associate of Science (AS) degrees. 
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • 2+ years as a Digital Marketing Specialist; Marketing Management, or Business Management a plus
  • Experience with plastic injection molding processes, terminology and dispensing systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in internal sales or marketing coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or technical product environment.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and ability to create an effective digital presence for the company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and basic graphic design tools (e.g.Adobe).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Have a blend of technical understanding, customer engagement and marketing acumen within a manufacturing or industrial sales environment.
  • A Team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IQMA, SAP, Epicor, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit and climb throughout the workday.
