Experience using Sage Intacct Accounting Software

Excellent analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of grant processes and practices
Knowledge of grant funding policies and procurements
Ability to analyze financial reports and forecasts
Extensive knowledge of budgets including ability to edit, create, assess time frames, and balance across multiple service lines and grants with varying fiscal year-ends
Ability to analyze expenditures for compliance with grant and budget guidelines
Ability to handle and prioritize a variety of work assignments
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and exercise critical thinking skills
Established skills in accuracy and organization
A strong desire to learn all facets of the accounting process
Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
Process, protect and exercise discretion in handling confidential information and materials
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance for any vehicle used in performance of job duties

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently communicate with staff and others, and must be able to exchange accurate information when doing so. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, attend meetings, etc. Must be able to operate and use a computer. Occasionally must be able to move needed materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
The employee will work in an office environment, in close quarters with other staff. The noise level in the work environment varies from moderate to loud; occasional chaotic situations may occur.
