We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating CNC router equipment and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and mathematics. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Woodworking experience is a plus but not required. Â This is a full-time, benefits eligible position, working Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm-1:00am. Â This position may require additional hours (overtime) to meet demand as needed.Â
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC router machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.
Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine proper machine setup and production methods.
Perform measurements and calculations, including fraction/decimal conversions, geometry, and basic trigonometry, to ensure accuracy in part production.
Load materials onto the CNC router, secure workpieces, and monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Make adjustments to machine controls and tool paths as needed to maintain part specifications.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate with team members and supervisors about production progress and any issues encountered during operation.
