QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous retail experience (2+ years preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Comfortable with sales techniques such as suggestive selling and product knowledge
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Required to work evening hours and weekends or holidays where necessary; must be flexible to change hours for exhibitions and events as needed

- Ability to stand for long periods of time (entire shift)
- Capable of lifting/moving up to 30-40 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, and climb ladders as needed for merchandising and stocking
POSITION TYPE: This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME-CWU.
PAY: The hiring hourly range for the position is $19.00-$23.75 based on experience. A .50 language differential is available for hours worked for candidates who have Spanish speaking proficiency.
