Excellent Communication (Verbal/Written) skills and customer service.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organization with donors as well as interface with all levels of staff while maintain flexibility, tact, and a positive attitude.

Relationship Management

Ability to bring high energy and enthusiasm to SCAN projects and events.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop and drive a plan.

Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and databases, ideally donor database software. Experience in Adobe Suite is preferred.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and use proper judgment.
Physical Demands & Expected Hours of Work

Ability to work within an office environment utilizing standard office equipment.

Requires the ability to talk, hear, listen, read, write, sit, stand, lift, pull, bend, or stoop, as necessary.
Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available between the "core" work hours of 8a.m. to 5p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

Some evening and weekend hours may be required during fundraising season and for community events.
Required Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of job-related experience

Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Preferred Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, event management or fundraising
-
3+ years of marketing, event coordination or fundraising or similar experience.
-
1+ years’ experience with Bloomerang CRM, Raiser’s Edge, NXT CRM, or other CRM databases.
