Working environment and physical demands
This active role operates in a retail environment with coolers, freezers, and merchandising displays with items available for purchase. The position requires regular talking and hearing and physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The successful candidate will lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and must have specific vision abilities.
Hours of work
As an Assistant Manager at express mart, you'll enjoy a consistent second-shift schedule (2 PM – 10 PM) with rotating weekends, ensuring stability while keeping your days free. You'll work opposite the Store Manager, providing leadership and support during key business hours. This structured schedule allows for work-life balance while playing a vital role in our team’s success!
