Qualifications
- High school diploma (required); college degree or relevant college coursework preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- One to two years of clerical or office management experience, preferably in a school or educational environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Must be able to pass federal and state background checks, including fingerprinting.
Total Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
- Care Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD
- Incentives: Annual performance bonus structure of up to 7.5% of base salary and annual salary movement based on satisfactory evaluation
- Paid Time Off: Two (2) PTO days accrued per month and federal holidays, including Independence Day, Labor Day, Nevada Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Family Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, and Juneteenth. Staff also participate in a week-long winter break and Clarity Break in June where all school locations are closed and all staff are off.
- Other: No state/local income tax and state retirement (NVPERS) 100% paid with no Social Security deductions.

Nevada State High School is a public charter school network of approximately 1,000 students that provides 11th and 12th grade students with an early college experience. The school has eight locations in the Greater Las Vegas area, one location in Reno, and a central service office in Las Vegas.
